I have had this a few weeks now and have used it a number of times - on the dash of my car while parked (it will charge through the glass, it's just slower than if it were in direct sunlight). I've used it in the backyard and at the beach. BUT, the true test was on a week-long trip camping. We used it to charge our Ipad mini, two IPhone 6s, two Nook colors, a Bluetooth speaker AND other portable batteries. This thing is AWESOME. I won't say much more here becuase the video says it all.
